Benjamin found himself majoring in his minor in 2016 being an engineer and a scientist.  Ever since he decided to spend most of his time doing “the impossible”. In 2017, he represented himself winning the first case over an attorney representing an HOA. 

In the same year, being a newbie to real estate, he studied local construction regulations and related laws to acquire a permit for construction within 3 days instead of the usual 3 weeks back and forward process. 

Now, Benjamin’s mission is to provide investors with a vehicle to scale and diversify their investment portfolios to create passive income and lifelong wealth.
