Benjamin Huang is a Harvard-trained Applied Physics Scientist. Over 10 years, he’s leveraged his technical expertise through his role at Siemens to create value across multiple industries where he supports medical professionals, scientists, and engineers. Benjamin’s projects have always been rigorously focused on improving patient healthcare outcomes.
While working in healthcare and engineering, Benjamin developed a passion for multifamily real estate investing as he worked to disconnect his earning potential from his time in the lab. Taking a scientific approach to everything he does, Benjamin set out to become an expert investor and quickly grew his portfolio beyond $2M in personal assets under management across multiple states.
In 2020, as his portfolio continuously grew, Benjamin faced challenges surrounding his mindset. He ultimately realized that it was his mindset that was limiting him from creating the impact he desired. Today, he’s created a platform to support other investors on the financial freedom journey through MIT Capitals. His goal is to provide hundreds of specialists like himself to focus on what they do best and still passively create their long term financial well-being.
